One of the biggest health problems most city dwellers are facing today is obesity. The causes can be something styles of junk food and unhealthy lifestyle to improve standards and attitudes of research from the comfort of life. Whatever the reason, the effects could be severe if the problem is ignored. Obesity is recognized as the leading cause of serious diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, osteoarthritis, and certain types of heart and respiratory diseases. Not only that, it was not the best psycho-social effects, or because "robustness" often connotes "ugliness".

What can you do?
Well, a person can be overweight for a variety of reasons. The most common are genetics, metabolism, environment and food habits. Depending on the cause, treatment would be different. But there are some principles that are applicable to all types of obese people.
